Refund Policy

This policy explains the refund window, required information, and payment-channel procedures for YiYiVPN subscription services. Requests and replies are recorded in support tickets in the user panel, making it easier to verify orders and follow up. You may also read the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Application Window and Refund Scope

You may request a full refund for any reason within 30 days of your first payment. The application window is based on the record of your first successful payment. You do not need to provide proof of a fault or explain why you stopped using the service. You only need to provide the information required to verify the account and payment ownership.

This commitment applies to the first payment; it does not mean that every renewal, upgrade, or subsequent payment opens a new application window. When submitting a ticket, specify the order in question. If the account has multiple payments, list them separately so the first payment is not confused with later transactions. Requests made after the window fall outside this full-refund commitment. If an order record is incorrect or a payment issue occurred, you may submit a separate request for review.

Eligibility and Order Verification

You may apply within the stated window if you no longer need the network acceleration service, your experience does not meet expectations, or your plans have changed. Verification is used to confirm that payment succeeded, the refund has not already been issued, and the recipient matches the original payment. Troubleshooting connection issues is not a prerequisite for accepting a request.

Already-used traffic must not be treated as an undisclosed barrier to a refund. This policy does not set a traffic-usage ratio or excess-usage deduction, and a high usage level alone will not reduce the promised full refund. Traffic packages do not expire, but that does not mean the refund window remains open indefinitely.

Unsuccessful payments, orders that have already been refunded, or cases where payment ownership cannot be verified will not be processed as new refund requests. If an account has been restricted for a policy violation, account handling should be distinguished from payment verification. If further review is needed, explain the specific issue in the ticket rather than relying on a generic violation label to explain the refund decision.

How to Apply and Required Information

Sign in to the user panel, open the support ticket page, explain that you are requesting a refund, and include the order number, payment time, amount, and payment method. If the order status does not match the payment record, you may attach a screenshot of the transaction. Keep the transaction reference needed for verification visible and redact unrelated personal information.

After submitting, check replies, provide any additional information, and confirm the outcome in the original ticket. Creating duplicate tickets may scatter order information; if you need to correct an existing request, add the details to the original ticket. Do not submit your account password, payment password, wallet private key, or recovery phrase. You do not need to add an email address to request a refund.

Refund Routes and Payment Methods

This service supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Refunds are generally processed through the original payment route and based on the verified amount of the original order. For Alipay and WeChat Pay, check both the reply in the user panel and the payment-channel records. If the original route cannot process the refund, explain why in a ticket and confirm an available alternative first. Funds will not be sent directly to an unverified recipient.

USDT transfers follow a different process from Alipay and WeChat Pay and cannot be treated as payments that can be automatically reversed on-chain. For a USDT refund, the original transaction, network, and receiving address must be verified, and the return arrangement confirmed in a ticket. If network fees or amount discrepancies are involved, explain and confirm them first; no fixed exchange rate will be promised in advance, and no refund amount will be deducted without authorization.

Tracking Refunds and Processing Outcomes

Accepting a refund request, initiating a refund, and receiving the funds are separate stages. Progress depends on order verification, payment-channel processing, and any required network confirmations. This policy does not promise an unverified fixed number of days for funds to arrive. The outcome will be explained in the original ticket. Once a refund is complete, the service benefits associated with the order will be adjusted accordingly.

If you are told that a refund has been initiated but cannot yet see the funds, first check the original payment account and transaction details. Then use the original ticket to request a reference and an update on the current status. If additional information is needed, the refund route has an issue, or verification results are disputed, keep the conversation in the ticket and confirm each point to avoid confusion caused by duplicate payments or requests.
